Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in education or child development preferred.
- Experience working in an educational setting, particularly with high school students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students and teachers.
- Ability to adapt instructional techniques to meet diverse learner needs.
- Familiarity with basic educational software and tools to support learning objectives.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed academically.
- Background check clearance as required by local educational regulations.
