Job Brief

The Help Desk Analyst serves as the first point of contact for technical support, providing comprehensive assistance to computer users. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, answering inquiries, and resolving problems in-person, over the phone, or electronically. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist clients with operating systems, word processing, electronic mail, and printing concerns.
  • Document and track support requests using ticketing systems to monitor progress.

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of technology trends and solutions relevant to client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Help Desk Analyst or in a similar technical support role.
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
