Job Brief
The Helicopter Officer plays a critical role in executing and overseeing in-flight operations to ensure the successful completion of various missions, including combat, reconnaissance, transport, and search and rescue. Responsibilities
- Perform and direct in-flight duties to achieve mission objectives in combat, reconnaissance, transport, and search and rescue operations.
- Operate and manage aircraft communications and radar equipment, establishing satellite linkages and jamming enemy communications.
- Utilize aircraft weapons and defensive systems to ensure mission success and crew safety.
- Conduct thorough preflight, in-flight, and postflight inspections of onboard equipment to maintain operational readiness.
- Direct cargo and personnel drops while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with ground support teams to facilitate mission planning and execution.
- Monitor and analyze flight data to assess mission performance and implement improvements.
Requirements
