Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in healthcare management or administration, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and data analysis tools.
- Certifications such as Certified Healthcare Manager (CHM) or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) are advantageous.
