Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in criminal justice or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in security, surveillance, or a monitoring role within the gaming industry.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to recognize patterns and anomalies.
- Proficiency in using surveillance equipment and monitoring software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
