The Gambling Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating gambling operations within a casino environment. Responsibilities

- Oversee daily gaming activities, including slot machines, table games, and sports betting, ensuring smooth operations and optimal customer service.
- Formulate, review, and enforce house rules in accordance with state and federal gaming laws.
- Analyze gaming performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing gaming team.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in casino management or gambling operations, with a proven track record of success.
- In-depth knowledge of gaming laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication skills.
