Responsibilities
- Manually load and unload freight and stock from shipping containers and delivery vehicles.

- Use hand trucks, dollies, and other manual tools to transport items safely and efficiently.
- Inspect freight for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors to maintain quality control.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in inventory counts and restock supplies as necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any logistical challenges.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in warehouse or freight handling preferred.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform manual labor tasks consistently.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in warehouse environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
