Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in foundry operations is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Molder or similar role within a foundry environment.
- Strong knowledge of mold-making materials and techniques, including sand and wax processes.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in foundry operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail in mold production.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and process tracking.
