Job Brief

The Food Quality Control Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and quality of food and beverage products. Requirements

  • Associate degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Control Technician or similar role in the food industry.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and quality assessment tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using laboratory equipment and conducting various food tests.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
