Job Brief

As a Flight Steward, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of airline passengers throughout their journey. You will be responsible for monitoring the aircraft cabin, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing essential safety information. This position requires previous experience in the hospitality or service industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations with composure.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the safety and security of passengers during the flight.
  • Provide pre-flight and in-flight safety demonstrations and instructions.
  • Serve food and beverages while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Address passenger inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in emergency situations and execute safety protocols effectively.
  • Conduct regular cabin checks and maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure smooth cabin operations.
  • Record and report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience as a flight attendant or in a customer service role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures.
  • Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
