Responsibilities
- Compile and record employee time and payroll data for flight crew members.
- Compute hours worked, production, and commissions for payroll processing.
- Post wages, deductions, and prepare paychecks in accordance with established timelines.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
- Assist in auditing payroll records for accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or accounting preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll processing or timekeeping roles.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with labor laws and payroll regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
