Requirements

  • Proven experience in flight crew scheduling or a related role within the aviation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards regarding crew scheduling.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and flight operations management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in data management and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
