Responsibilities

- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate non-compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial compliance or auditing.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including securities and real estate laws.
- Proficient in compliance software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar are a plus.
