Job Brief
The Field Artillery Senior Sergeant is a pivotal leadership role responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of weapons specialists and crew members within the field artillery unit. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor artillery crew members to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.

- Assess and evaluate crew performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans.

Requirements
