Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Target and fire artillery weapons, including guns, cannons, and howitzers, to engage enemy forces.
- Conduct testing, inspection, and storage of ammunition, missiles, and torpedoes to ensure operational readiness.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on artillery systems and related equipment.
- Establish and maintain radio and wire communications for effective coordination and command.
- Operate weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to enhance firing accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to develop tactical plans and execute missions efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of artillery operations, including targeting data and equipment status.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations during all operations and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; military training in artillery operations is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating artillery systems and related technology.
- Strong understanding of military tactics and artillery fire support procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing combat situations.
- Familiarity with radio communication systems and computer-operated targeting systems.
- Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks in various environmental conditions.
- Valid military certifications related to artillery operations are a plus.
