Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Fiberglass Luggage Molder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in laminating layers of fiberglass on molds to manufacture high-quality products such as luggage, boat decks, and automotive bodies. Responsibilities
- Prepare molds and work areas for fiberglass application, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Laminate layers of fiberglass onto molds to create durable and lightweight products.
- Monitor the curing process and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product integrity.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, identifying and correcting any defects.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize production processes and improve product design.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition, performing regular maintenance as required.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to minimize hazards associated with fiberglass molding.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fiberglass molding or a related manufacturing role.
