Job Brief
As a Facilities Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to various surfaces, including walls, equipment, buildings, and bridges. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by removing old paint, sanding, and cleaning to ensure optimal adhesion.
- Mix paints and primers to achieve desired colors and consistency.
- Apply paint, stain, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make touch-ups as necessary.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with facility management to schedule painting projects and minimize disruption.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and project timelines.
