Job Brief

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

  • Stay current with changes in employment law and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding equal employment opportunity matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compliance, investigations, or related roles, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Certifications in Equal Employment Opportunity or Compliance are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with compliance management software.
