Responsibilities

- Evaluate evidence and documentation to determine compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with legal teams and human resources to facilitate resolution of disputes and compliance issues.
- Monitor and analyze trends in workplace complaints to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on equal employment opportunity laws and best practices.
- Stay updated on changes in federal and state employment laws to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Engage in community outreach to promote awareness of equal employment opportunities and resources available.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience in equal employment opportunity investigations or compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey findings clearly.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using investigation and case management software.
- Certification in Equal Employment Opportunity or related areas is a plus.
