Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Enology, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in wine production and laboratory analysis.
  • Strong understanding of fermentation technology and microbiological processes.
  • Proficiency in using analytical instruments and software for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on quality improvement.
  • Certifications in wine analysis or related fields are a plus.
