Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee training and development.
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification in training or instructional design is preferred (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve training effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
