Requirements

  • Proven experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Certification in training or instructional design is preferred (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve training effectiveness.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
