Requirements

- Proven experience in efficiency engineering or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies are preferred.
- Proficient in engineering software and project management tools.
