As a Drink Mixer, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a diverse array of beverages to patrons, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Mix, garnish, and serve drinks to patrons directly or through waitstaff, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide suggestions, and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes to enhance the beverage menu.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bartender, Drink Mixer, or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and beverage service standards.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Must be of legal drinking age in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Certification in bartending or mixology preferred but not required.
