Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Diamond Grader or in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
  • Certification from a recognized gemology institution (e.g., GIA, AGS).
  • Strong knowledge of diamond grading criteria and gemological principles.
  • Proficiency in using gemological tools such as microscopes, refractometers, and color grading lights.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
