- Stay updated on industry trends, diamond grading standards, and market demands.
- Create detailed reports and documentation of grading results for customer transparency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to industry safety and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Diamond Grader or in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
- Certification from a recognized gemology institution (e.g., GIA, AGS).
- Strong knowledge of diamond grading criteria and gemological principles.
- Proficiency in using gemological tools such as microscopes, refractometers, and color grading lights.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
