Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and care.
- Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with nephrologists and nursing staff to optimize patient care.
- Assist in the training of new staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred.
- Certification as a Dialysis Technician (e.g., CCHT or BONENT) is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting, particularly in dialysis.
- Strong understanding of renal physiology and dialysis processes.
- Proficient in using dialysis equipment and related technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health record systems.
