Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production flow.
- Report any quality issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Assist in training new employees on proper crab picking techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements
- Previous experience in seafood processing, particularly in crab picking, is preferred.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure quality meat extraction.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in seafood handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs as necessary.
