Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience as a Corporate Attorney or in a similar legal role, with a focus on corporate law.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, contract law, and compliance regulations.
