Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain photocopying, photographic, and duplicating machines to produce high-quality printed materials.

- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Organize and manage workflow to prioritize urgent projects and meet customer demands.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide recommendations on printing options and services.
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and order materials as needed.
- Implement safety and quality standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Train and support junior staff in the operation of copy center equipment and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in printing or office technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Copy Center Operator or in a similar role within the printing industry.
- Strong technical skills with office machines, including advanced photocopiers and duplicators.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy in all print outputs.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
