The Construction Ironworker Helper plays a vital role in supporting ironworkers and ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Assist ironworkers in the installation and positioning of steel beams and reinforcements.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and materials.
  • Transport tools and equipment to and from job sites, ensuring proper handling and safety.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and accidents on site.
  • Learn and apply basic skills in welding, rigging, and metalwork under supervision.
  • Support the team by performing tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Participate in training sessions and safety meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements
