The Compensation Analyst plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and analyzing compensation and benefits programs. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive job analysis to determine position classification and salary structures.
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Develop and maintain compensation models to support salary and benefits administration.
- Assist in the design and implementation of employee benefit programs, including retirement and pension plans.
- Collaborate with HR and management to assess the effectiveness of compensation strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on compensation and benefits analysis for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies regarding compensation.
- Provide guidance and support to management regarding compensation-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and spreadsheets.
- Exceptional knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
- Experience with compensation software and HRIS systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data effectively.
- Certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
