The Community Service Director is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities within a social service program or community outreach organization. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in community service management or program coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles in a nonprofit or social service context.
- Familiarity with local community resources and social service regulations.
- Certifications in social work or related fields are a plus.
