Responsibilities

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and events to promote community involvement and awareness.
- Provide resources and support to individuals and families in need of assistance.
- Collaborate with local agencies and organizations to enhance service delivery and outreach.
- Document program activities and outcomes for reporting and evaluation purposes.
- Advocate for community needs and represent the organization in local forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community organizing, outreach, or social services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Familiarity with community resources, social services, and advocacy strategies.
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or relevant community service training is a plus.
