  • Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations to provide accurate legal counsel.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and other legal professionals to gather evidence and build cases.

Requirements

  • Jurisdictional licensure to practice law as a Commonwealth Attorney.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Proven experience in criminal and civil litigation, with a strong case portfolio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal principles, court procedures, and relevant laws.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex legal issues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
