Job Brief
As a Commonwealth Attorney, you will represent clients in both criminal and civil litigation, managing legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, and providing expert legal advice. Responsibilities

- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and legal arguments.
- Advise clients on legal transactions, compliance issues, and potential legal risks.
- Negotiate settlements and plea agreements to resolve cases efficiently.
- Prepare and present cases in court, including opening statements, witness examinations, and closing arguments.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations to provide accurate legal counsel.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other legal professionals to gather evidence and build cases.
Requirements
- Jurisdictional licensure to practice law as a Commonwealth Attorney.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Proven experience in criminal and civil litigation, with a strong case portfolio.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of legal principles, court procedures, and relevant laws.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess complex legal issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Membership in relevant legal associations is preferred.
