- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and trading platforms.
- Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM) are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while making sound decisions.
