Job Brief
As a Commercial Fisher, you will engage in the hunting, trapping, and gathering of wild aquatic animals and plants. Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain fishing gear, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Inspect and sort catch, assessing quality and preparing for transport or processing.
- Document daily catch statistics and report on fishing conditions and trends.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize fishing operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in fishing or marine safety preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial fishing or aquaculture operations.
- Strong knowledge of marine biology, aquatic ecosystems, and sustainable fishing practices.
- Ability to operate and maintain fishing vessels and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with crew members.
