The Cold Storage Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods within a cold storage facility. - Collaborate with other departments to enhance logistics and supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery of products.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of government regulations and industry best practices related to cold storage and distribution.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cold Storage Supervisor or similar role within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of cold chain management principles and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making processes.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations related to cold storage operations.
- Technical proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Relevant certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or safety standards are preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
