Requirements
- Proven experience as a Coat Maker or in a similar garment construction role.
- Strong knowledge of fabric types, patterns, and garment construction techniques.
- Proficiency in using industrial sewing machines and hand-sewing tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Certification in fashion design or textile technology is a plus.
