Job Brief
The Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) is a highly skilled nursing professional responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. The CNS provides expert nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, while also advising on health maintenance and disease prevention. Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose patient health issues to develop individualized nursing care plans.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements
- Active and valid nursing license or registration as required by state regulations.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field with a focus on Clinical Nurse Specialist training.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, with a focus on specialty practice.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to implement effective care plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) preferred.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation practices.
