Job Brief
As a Cleaning Staff Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of cleaning personnel in various establishments, including hotels, hospitals, and offices. Responsibilities

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.

- Address and resolve any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain records of staff performance, attendance, and training requirements.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new cleaning staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cleaning Staff Supervisor or similar role in the cleaning industry.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning management is a plus.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations applicable to cleaning operations.
