Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or equivalent from a recognized accrediting organization.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory information systems and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, capable of collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in laboratory safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
