Job Brief

The Chief Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Sergeant is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of tactical operations specialists within the counterintelligence and human intelligence sectors. Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of intelligence activities and provide actionable insights to improve strategies.
  • Collaborate with other intelligence units and law enforcement agencies to gather critical information and enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.
  • Prepare and present intelligence reports to senior leadership, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in military or law enforcement intelligence operations, with a focus on counterintelligence and human intelligence.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and intelligence assessment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting findings and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with intelligence gathering techniques, surveillance operations, and threat analysis.
  • Certifications in intelligence studies or related fields are preferred.
