Job Brief
As a Charter Pilot, you will be responsible for piloting and navigating fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters on nonscheduled air carrier routes. This role requires a Commercial Pilot Certificate and experience in charter operations, air ambulance services, or air tour flights. You will ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while adhering to aviation regulations and flight plans. Responsibilities
- Pilot and navigate aircraft on nonscheduled flights, ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance with aviation regulations.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections and assess weather conditions to determine flight feasibility.
- Prepare and file flight plans, and communicate with air traffic control and other relevant authorities.
- Monitor aircraft systems during flight and respond to in-flight emergencies as necessary.
- Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation in compliance with federal aviation regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing their needs and ensuring comfort during flights.
- Stay current on industry regulations, safety protocols, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with ground crew and other support staff to ensure seamless flight operations.
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate ratings for fixed-wing aircraft or helicopters.
