Job Brief

As a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), you will provide essential support and basic care to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff in various healthcare settings. Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and perform basic health-related tasks as directed by nursing staff.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients.
  • Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering a positive care experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved nursing aide training program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and lift patients as needed.
  • Knowledge of infection control procedures and patient privacy standards.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing facility is a plus.
