Job Brief
As a Carnival Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to guests at amusement and recreation facilities. Responsibilities
- Operate amusement rides and attractions safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist guests with equipment, guiding them through the usage of rides and recreational facilities.
- Manage and schedule the use of recreational facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including amusement concessions and ride stations.
- Monitor and enforce safety rules to ensure a safe environment for all guests and team members.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling attractions and recreational equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience in customer service or recreation is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols related to amusement rides and recreational equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as needed.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is advantageous.
- Experience in cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems preferred.
