Job Brief
As a Cardiac Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with heart and blood vessel conditions. Responsibilities

- Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments to determine patient health and surgical outcomes.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques and technology to enhance procedural safety and efficacy.
- Monitor patient recovery and manage complications post-surgery.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with advancements in cardiac surgery.
- Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures, risks, and post-operative care.
Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Completion of an accredited cardiothoracic surgery residency program.
- Board certification in cardiac surgery.
- Extensive experience in performing complex cardiac procedures.
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and surgical techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Current state medical license and certifications as required.
