Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of electrical theory and cable splicing techniques.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in cable installation and maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
