Job Brief
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Bus Washer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of buses and other vehicles, utilizing various cleaning tools and agents. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough washing and cleaning of buses and vehicles using water, cleaning agents, brushes, and hoses.
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any maintenance or damage concerns.
- Utilize proper washing techniques to ensure all surfaces, including tires and windows, are maintained to high standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations while handling cleaning materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized washing area and equipment.
- Assist in the upkeep of washing equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in vehicle washing or a similar cleaning role is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cleaning agents and proper handling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license may be required depending on location.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a cleaning environment.
