Job Brief
As a Booking Manager, you will represent and promote artists, performers, and athletes, managing their engagements with current and prospective employers. Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to secure optimal terms and conditions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with venues, promoters, and event organizers to enhance booking opportunities.
- Coordinate schedules and manage logistics for client engagements, ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the entertainment and sports sectors.
- Advise clients on industry standards, pricing strategies, and potential career development paths.
- Prepare promotional materials and maintain an updated portfolio for clients to attract new opportunities.
- Monitor client performance and feedback to refine booking strategies and enhance satisfaction.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and protect client interests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in booking, talent management, or a related role within the entertainment or sports industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-standard booking software and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and events.
