Job Brief
The Boat Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a recreational boating facility, including the planning and coordination of entertainment and recreational activities. Responsibilities

- Manage club staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with members, addressing their needs and feedback to foster a positive environment.
- Prepare and manage the budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial sustainability.
- Coordinate with local authorities and organizations to promote the club and its activities.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase membership and participation in club events.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and operational excellence across all club activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recreational management or a related field, preferably in a boating or marine environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the boating industry.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial planning.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by club activities.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR, or boating safety are preferred.
