Job Brief
The Blood Donor Recruiter Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating blood donor recruitment initiatives. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of blood donor recruiters, ensuring effective performance and achievement of recruitment targets.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to increase blood donor participation through community outreach and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to optimize efforts and meet organizational goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive donor awareness and engagement.
- Conduct training sessions for new recruits and ongoing training for existing team members to enhance recruitment skills.
- Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to foster donor relationships.
- Prepare and manage budgets related to recruitment activities and track expenses to ensure financial compliance.
- Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with industry regulations and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a team or project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Knowledge of blood donation processes and regulations is a plus.
