Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing a team or project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting to evaluate recruitment effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
